Youth leadership training program is a process that prepares young people to navigate adolescence and realize their potential as an adult. An important aspect of youth development is leadership programming. Youth leadership training programs focus on youth developing the following:

• Drug abuse behaviour

• Civic engagement

• public speaking skills

• All participants must have 15 years and above
